Overlooking Tofinho Point, a world class point break for the kin surfers , Villa Marimba is a self catering luxury accommodation which offers 5 bedrooms with mosquito nets, 4 stars king size, queen, 3/4 beds and bed linen, full en-suite bathrooms with spacious shower, hot and cold water and separate toilet. DSTV on big screen. Fully equipped kitchen with all basic amenities, fridges, freezer, four plates gas stove, microwave, laundry and a male servant at your service during the day Villa Marimba sleeps comfortably 12 people.
You will enjoy privacy and ocean views It sleeps comfortably 12 people ( no more) large fully equipped open plan kitchen and lounge with uninterrupted ocean view The rental of the Villa is inclusive of staff: day house boy and Guardia at nights Electricity and water Rental as full house in peak/high season with min of 7 nights Green season: availability per room as for the all house peak season Deposit to confirm booking as follow 50% on reservation 50% 30 days prior to arrival 10% for security deposit of the total rental to be pay with last deposit. A full refund of that security deposit will be done 10 days after departure if no breakage/damages.
